Dr. Olga Simson, a recognized expert in the field of IP and Digital law, together with Dr. Charles Whitehead, Professor and Founding Director of the Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship Program at Cornell Tech, founded the first Ukrainian law firm focused on the creative industries. Later, Charles became an advisor, and lawyer Anastasia Glebova took his place as Olga's partner. Together, they brought the company to the international level, launching several international projects.
Olga and Anastasia invested all of their more than 20 years of research and practical consulting experience into developing a solution for managing intellectual property rights for digital assets, in order to help creators and companies in the creative sector respond to the challenges of digitalization.
Later, the team was strengthened by a collaboration with the company Yaskravo, which already had projects for Amazon, virtual product development, and experience in the field of AI. Unfortunately, in 2022, the company’s CTO, Anton Velychko, died in the war defending the world from the aggressor country. V-Art grew stronger, developed a product, and evolved into a global company.
